MicroRNA and cDNA-Microarray as Potential Targets against Abiotic Stress Response in Plants: Advances and Prospects

چکیده
Abiotic stresses, such as temperature (heat and cold), salinity, drought negatively affect plant productivity; hence, the molecular responses of abiotic stresses need to be investigated. Numerous genetic engineering studies have made substantial contributions revealed that are key factors associated with production losses in plants. In response altered expression patterns miRNAs been reported, and, a result, cDNA-microarray microRNA (miRNA) used identify genes their against environmental adversities MicroRNA plays significant role growth development, regulation various biological metabolic activities. MicroRNAs studied for over decade those susceptible stimuli, characterize patterns, recognize involvement stress tolerance. Recent findings reported plants assign critical post-transcriptional regulators gene sequence-specific manner adapt multiple during developmental cycle. this study, we reviewed current status described application miRNA understand different approaches survive stresses. Despite accessibility suitable miRNAs, there is lack simple ways cDNA-microarray. The elucidation may lead developing technologies early detection stressors. cDNA-microarrays powerful tools enhance tolerance through advanced sequencing bioinformatics techniques, including miRNA-regulated network, target prediction, identification, profile, features (disease or stress, biomarkers) association, based on machine learning algorithms, NGS, specific Such were established network emphasizing achievements, impediments, future perspectives. Furthermore, also classify new functional play resistance, since many constitute an unexplained fraction.

MicroRNAs As Potential Targets for Abiotic Stress Tolerance in Plants
The microRNAs (miRNAs) are small (20-24 nt) sized, non-coding, single stranded riboregulator RNAs abundant in higher organisms. Recent findings have established that plants assign miRNAs as critical post-transcriptional regulators of gene expression in sequence-specific manner to respond to numerous abiotic stresses they face during their growth cycle. These small RNAs regulate gene expression ...
متن کاملAbiotic and Biotic Stress Response Crosstalk in Plants
In the course of its evolution, plants have developed mechanisms to cope with and adapt to different types of abiotic and biotic stress imposed by the frequently adverse environment. The biology of a cell or cells in tissues is so complicated that with any given stimulus from the environment, multiple pathways of cellular signaling that have complex interactions or crosstalk are activated; thes...
متن کاملAbiotic Stress in Plants
Living on the same planet, plants means a lot to us. No matter being taken, as our food or treated with great commercial significance, plants are so indispensable that we have to learn how to protect, make use of, and most important of all, get on well with them. In the first place, what we all understand is: plants are distinguished from us or other animals by being unable to escape from the s...
متن کاملAbiotic Stress Signaling and Responses in Plants
As sessile organisms, plants must cope with abiotic stress such as soil salinity, drought, and extreme temperatures. Core stress-signaling pathways involve protein kinases related to the yeast SNF1 and mammalian AMPK, suggesting that stress signaling in plants evolved from energy sensing. Stress signaling regulates proteins critical for ion and water transport and for metabolic and gene-express...
